1. Send an email or call to talk to our admin Sheranda. We will listen to your concerns and pair you will the best dietitian for your needs. Check out our team here - is there a specific RD you want to work with?

2. Pick a date and time that works best for you to meet.

3. Fill out the paperwork sent to you via our online portal. You will receive forms for insurance certification, privacy and practice policies, as well as an intake questionnaire.

We accept most major insurance plans, but we recommend verifying benefits prior to your first session to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Preparing for Your Appointment

1. After making your appointment, you will attend your initial consultation. The initial consultation will be 60 to 90 minutes in length depending on availability.

2. The initial consultation is a time for both you and the dietitian to get to know each other and get a deeper understanding of what the problem is.

3. Follow-up appointments are 55 minutes in length and used to provide continual support. The number of follow-up appointments are determined by you and your dietitian. Keep in mind that regular follow-up appointments can be beneficial, especially in the beginning!
