Homemade Granola
Recipe type: Snack
Serves: 16
A quick recipe for a healthy feeling snack
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup dried blueberries
  1. Preheat Oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine sugar, honey, oil, salt and cinnamon in a medium size bowl. Stir in oats and seeds.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Allow for some clusters.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, string occasionally.
  5. Fold in dried fruit and let cook.
