  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, and water together. Add chicken breast and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees farenheight.
  3. Take chicken out of marinade and reserve marinade for sauce. (If you aren't comfortable with this you can make double the sauce and reserve half for sauce).
  4. Cook chicken at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, until done and 165 degrees.
  5. Meanwhile add sesame seeds, ginger and cornstarch into reserved marinade and whisk on medium heat until thick. If the sauce gets too thick add a little more water. Keep warm until chicken is done.
  6. When chicken is done pour thickened sauce over chicken and serve.
